On a ship, the engine room houses the vessel's prime mover; a machine for marine propulsion. It’s the system used to generate thrust, gliding the vessel through water. Likewise, Figure Eight Collective named its full music creation entity, The Engine Room, due to the pivotal role of a composition, in all that is to come. Be it a movie theme, or an impactful, genre-bending commercial record, we recognize that crafting that song is a critical first step.
The Engine Room is a collective of exceptional music producers, songwriters, composers, and engineers known as the ER crew. Helping to generate that thrust for heavy waters ahead, the crew fuels the music with passion and expertise. With their input, a song becomes the driving force behind the extraordinary moments we live.
